About Precise Training Services (RTO – 52868)

Training in essence is about verification of competency on the plant, equipment or safe system of work that employees use and operate. Verifying competency is crucial in ensuring a business delivers a safe and efficient service to its customers, clients or the industry in general. Verification of competency should be ‘fit for purpose’ for each business and employee.

Precise Training Services offers tailored training and assessments specifically designed for each individual client, based on the safety system they use, risk management tools and most importantly the plant and equipment they operate to deliver their drilling programs. The benefit is that students are trained with material that references and use the systems and equipment they actually work on.  This will provide better, more precise training outcomes for both employee and the company.

Participants receive ongoing support through each stage of training to ensure completion of each qualification can be achieved. This involves assistance with literacy and numeracy, site visits for ‘real time’ training and assessment in the workplace and ongoing mentoring.

Each participant receives the following

  • Enrolment and Training Plan
  • All training and assessment material
  • Access to student training portal
  • Access to complete theory components online
  • Face to face in field assessment
  • One on One time with field based trainers and assessors

Additional services include

  • Pre-site inductions ( preparing new personnel for site)
  • Manual Handling awareness
  • Isolation awareness
  • Prestart inspections awareness
  • Safety Audits and Inspections
  • Verification of Competency

Our goals are to:

  1. Provide tailored training qualifications mapped specifically to a business’ delivery method including unique plant and equipment.
  2. Challenge the current delivery methods of existing RTO’s offering generic industry standard training and expecting each individual to adapt to non-specific plant, equipment or operating methods to match a training package.
  3. Become an RTO that works ‘with’ and ‘not for’ a company as a business partner.
  4. Improve training standards and overall outcomes for every individual, business and the industry overall.
